Looking to stay less than 12 months? We can help. 

Our homes are fully furnished with utilities including internet connected. We can offer excellent rates for quality accommodations for 3 ~ 12 month stays. We can also provide regular housekeeping & linen change services if required. Utilities costs can be included in a weekly rate or pay as you go.

Our accommodations are ideal for new immigrants to Nelson-Tasman, those renovating or building a home or those here for long term holiday, work or study purposes.
