This cute & cosy character home offers well appointed open-plan living, dining & fully-equipped kitchen with heat-pump & free WiFi internet. The section is fully fenced with lovely deck & lawn areas. 

'Walk to the Beach' is ideal for 1~4 guests, 5 including a small child. Pets may be permitted by request.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Bedroom are configured as Queen, Double & Single

The bathroom offers Shower over Bath, Vanity. There is a separate Toilet

Minimum stay of 2 nights except 23 Dec ~ 10 Jan (7 nights) & Easter (3 nights). Shorter stays may be accepted by request.

Inclusions

Walk to the Beach will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay.

All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 2.5 hours are included.

Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required. 

Booking Conditions

No party or venue use. No smoking inside. Pets may be permitted by request - please contact us with details of your pets before booking. General Terms & Conditions & building Body Corporate rules apply.

Important note: This home is a personal residence, occupied throughout the year & made available during Summer or other holiday periods only. Some storage areas will be used by the owners for personal use.
