The property will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay.
All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 3.5 hours.
Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

Tahunanui Beach (located directly across the street from Seascape Escape) is Nelson's recreational playground. The focal point for many water activities & sports & also home to Nelson's fun parks & Nature Land Zoo.
The Beach is ideal for walking & swimming. The waterfront road is a great spot to fish & the area is also a great place for food, with many cafes, pubs, take-aways & finer dining options available here.
The City Centre is less than a 10min. drive away.

Jarrod was wonderful. He responded quickly to questions and provided us with a great list of activities, beaches, cafes, and eateries in and around Nelson. The property is amazing- the house is spacious and has everything. The views from the front deck, the backyard, and the proximity to Nelson and Tahunanui couldn't be better. Getting in and out of the house is really tricky and is really the only downfall.
