The downstairs bedroom has an ensuite, external access and a pool table. The adjacent study can be used as an extra bedroom if needed.

All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 3 hours are included.
Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

The Nelson waterfront is close-by offering fine dining & the Nelson CBD is less than 10min drive. This is a great spot from which to enjoy the best of Nelson!
