This home is ideal for families looking for a fantastic Summer retreat – the perfect place to call home while enjoying all that Nelson – Tasman has to offer!

Upstairs & Downstairs: Separate Toilet & Basin Powder Rooms.

Inclusions

The property will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay.

All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 3.5 hours.

Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

No party or venue use. No Smoking. No pets. General Terms & Conditions apply.

This is a personal home made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings. 

Important note!: Please note this house is home to Sophie the Cat. Food will be provided for guests to feed Sophie during the stay.

Health & Safety

Spa pool lid must be locked between uses to comply with safety regulations. Children must be supervised in the spa at all times.

A small shallow creek runs along the boundary of the back yard.
