Lovingly renovated with all the modern home comfort & convenience, Water Views sits nestled among the trees, tui & bellbirds, in a very peaceful upmarket neighbourhood away from traffic. The wrap-around deck offers all-day sunshine and water views over beautiful Tasman Bay, taking in the city lights, Rabbit Island and the mountains across the bay. 

The 3 bedrooms all have their own TV, plus there is also a Vodafone Smart TV in the cosy living room. The entertaining open-plan kitchen has brand new appliances & cabinetry. 

At the edge of the house is the beginning of a local walking track through the trees & around the hill. Close to the main highway to the Abel Tasman National Park & only 10min. drive to Nelson CBD, this beautiful holiday home offers all you would wish for a relaxing & enjoyable break in Nelson.

All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 3 hours will be included in your booking.

Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

All high contact, food preparation and hard wet surfaces are hygienically cleaned and sanitised and our linens are professionally laundered at 80ºC, with bed linens further ironed at 120ºC by one of New Zealand's leading laundry experts, leaving them crisp, clean & superbly comfortable!

Private Residence - This is a personal home, made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.

Garage - this is accessible for bike storage and laundry access but not for car parking. Off-street driveway parking is available for 2 vehicles immediately at the front entry.


Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm or from noon where the option of early check-in has been purchased.

Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure unless ‘Late check-out’ has been purchased.

  • Hi Guys, Water Views was beautifully presented, extremely neat , tidy and clean. Excellent road and driveway access to all parts of Nelson, and just a few minutes from the Airport. It was excellent for hosting my mum ( 95yrs ) for Christmas Day as the house is on one level so no stairs.
