Inclusions
The property will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay.
All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 3.5 hours will be included in your booking.
Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

Holiday Nelson uses quality linens & towels. These are 90º washed to ensure hygiene & all non-fitted sheets are pressed for your comfort.
At the end of your stay, a standard house-keep is included - allowing you to finish your stay with that relaxing holiday-feel intact.

This is a personal home, made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.
Due to open stairs to the back garden, this home won't be ideal for young children - please enquire before booking.

Wakatu View is available for the first time in November 2019! This is a newly completed home of an exceptional standard & offers an incredible location with amazing views.
