1 bedroom + bathroom upstairs & 2 bedrooms + bathroom & separate toilet downstairs.

Inclusions

The property will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay.

All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 3 hours will be included in your booking.

Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

Linens & Towels & Housekeeping

Holiday Nelson uses quality linens & towels. These are 90º washed to ensure sanitation & all non-fitted sheets are pressed for your comfort. 

At the end of your stay, a standard house-keep is included - allowing you to finish your stay with that relaxing holiday-feel intact.  

Booking Conditions & Notes

No party or venue use. No Smoking. No pets. General Terms & Conditions apply.

This is a personal home, made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.

The bathrooms are functional & tidy, but a little dated. Please note the bath's spa function is not operational. 

The owner's car & boat will be kept at the property. There is sufficient off-street parking for an additional 2 vehicles for guest use, as well as on-street parking. The garage is not available to guests.

Cat allergy sufferers - please note this house is regularly home to a cat. The cat will be away at a cattery through the Summer.
