This spacious, comfortable & light-filled studio offers wonderful presentation, quality furnishings & superb comfort.

As an alternative to Seabreeze Apartment, you can book the larger Seabreeze (3 bedrooms) or Seabreeze (4 bedrooms) options. The later giving exclusive use of the entire property.

A generously sized studio bedroom with King bed, generous walk-in robe & ensuite bathroom with laundry. 

Fully equipped kitchen, dining & sofa area complete the studio. 


Inclusions

Seabreeze Apartment will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay.

All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 1 hour will be included in your booking.

Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

All high contact, food preparation and hard wet surfaces are hygienically cleaned and sanitised and our linens are professionally laundered at 80ºC, with bed linens further ironed at 120ºC by one of New Zealand's leading laundry experts, leaving them crisp, clean & superbly comfortable!

Seabreeze Apartment is one of two bookable parts at this address: the other part being the immediately adjacent Seabreeze 3 (3 bedroom) holiday home.  You can book the two together here:  Seabreeze 4.

These two bookable parts are separated internally by a wall & door that is locked on both sides (this can be opened if both parts are booked together). 

The balcony areas are substantially separated by a frosted glass partition.

We ask that occupants of each property are mindful of the occupants of the other, particularly in respect of noise & privacy. 

Off-street parking, rubbish & recycling facilities & WiFi are shared between Seabreeze 3 and Seabreeze Apartment. All other amenities are provided separately. 


Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm or from noon where the option of early check-in has been purchased. 

Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure unless ‘Late check-out’ has been purchased.

  • An excellent stay Views were terrific. There were no other people staying next door so it was quiet and comfortable. Took photos of the sunsets each evening and the weather stayed good even on the day of the bad weather from the cyclone! The kitchen was well equipped and the unit light and sunny.

  • Great stay. House in the mountains, facing the sea, very quiet and beautiful. I really like the bed against the sea feeling. Close to the city center and the beach, drive quickly. Particularly surprising is the range of kitchen supplies, even more than the whole family, there are still many spices. We are happy to see the sea here, cooking, walking, writing things.
