Master ensuite is a jack-n-jill type bathroom to the office room and has a shower, toilet and double basin vanity.

Main bathroom downstairs has a vanity, shower and corner large bathtub, with separate toilet. There is another toilet/basin in garage off laundry room. separate laundry area.

Minimum stay of 2 nights except 23 Dec ~ 10 Jan (5 nights) & Easter (3 nights). Shorter stays may be accepted by request. A 5 night minimum stay applies between 1 Feb & 1 Jun.

Inclusions

The property will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay.

All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 3 hours.

Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

Linens & Towels & Housekeeping

Holiday Nelson uses quality linens & towels. These are 90º washed to ensure sanitation & all non-fitted sheets are pressed for your comfort.

At the end of your stay a standard house-keep is included - allowing you to finish your stay with that relaxing holiday feel intact. Provided the home is left tidy, with dishes done & away, beds unmade our housekeepers will be able to complete servicing within the standard time-frame.
