Located in Nelson's quiet seaside community of Glenduan, at the Northern end of the iconic Boulder bank at the edge of the Horoirangi Marine Reserve, this newly built, comfortable & elevated seaside home offers amazing views & magical sunsets!
Only 12-15 mins drive to Nelson City, Sea-Esta Beach House is perfect for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.

Ideal for 4 guests with a maximum sleeping capacity of 6 guests.
Bedroom 1 (Master): Queen bed, Bedroom 2: King Single + King Single beds (or we'll combine as a Super-king by early request), Lounge: Double Sofabed
Bathroom 1: Shower, Separate Spa Bath, Toilet & Vanity.

Holiday Nelson uses quality linens & towels. These are 90º washed to ensure hygiene & all non-fitted sheets are pressed for your comfort.
At the end of your stay, a standard house-keep is included - allowing you to finish your stay with that relaxing holiday-feel intact.

Located at the start of the iconic Boulder bank in the quiet seaside community of Glenduan. Sea-Esta Beach House is only 15 mins drive to Nelson City Centre or Cable Bay. A small supermarket & fish & chippery is located in Atawhai, about 7min toward the city. Sea-Esta Beach House is located at about 2kms off the main highway that runs between Nelson & Marlborough. Walking tracks abound, including a nice coastal track over the hill to Cable Bay!
