Downstairs - Main bathroom with walk in shower, freestanding bathtub & Toilet. Separate Powder Room.

Minimum stay of 2 nights except 23 Dec ~ 10 Jan (7 nights) & Easter (3 nights). Shorter stays may be accepted by request.

Inclusions

The property will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay.

All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 3 hours.

Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

Linens & Towels & Housekeeping

Holiday Nelson uses quality linens & towels. These are 90º washed to ensure sanitation & all non-fitted sheets are pressed for your comfort.

At the end of your stay a standard house-keep is included - allowing you to finish your stay with that relaxing holiday feel intact. Provided the home is left tidy, with dishes done & away, beds unmade our housekeepers will be able to complete servicing within the standard time-frame.    

Booking Conditions

No party or venue use. No Smoking. Small pets may be considered by special request only. General Terms & Conditions apply.

If you have young children, they will be welcome subject to some conditions. For more information please contact us before requesting a booking.

For owners of small house-trained dogs, it may be possible to have your pet stay with you. You'll need to bring a travel bed/kennel, ensure your dog stays off the soft furnishings. An additional bond will be required.
