‘Bay View Holiday Home’ is located on sought after Bay View Road, Atawhai, just North of the Nelson City Centre! This wonderful home offers a space & sun, with swimming pool & captivating sea views that span the Haven estuary, Nelson’s iconic Boulder Bank & Tasman Bay – taking in the sweep of the Abel Tasman coastline & the peaks of Kahurangi’s Western Ranges.
The home is modern & well designed with large picture windows that welcome the never-ending drama of sea & sky across beautiful Tasman Bay! A large entertainer’s kitchen & dining area opens to a generous balcony with outdoor dining, Weber BBQ & unimpeded views over the sea, fully fenced swimming pool below & the trees of the neighbouring reserve. Separate TV lounge offers SkyTV with SoHo. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs & 2 bedrooms downstairs. There is a fully fenced private garden to the rear.
You will love the proximity to the Nelson city centre – just a 5 minute drive, 30min walk or short ride. The city’s cycle-way/walk-way & the bus-route are just down the road. The property is located on a quiet cul-de-sac offering privacy & sanctuary.

Atawhai is a beautiful, sunny North facing seaside suburb, 5min drive from Nelson City Centre. The suburb is characterised by the Haven Estuary & beautiful two-toned sea views from estuary to bay, separated by the spectacular Boulder Bank. There is a supermarket, hairdresser & take-away to the North & the Nelson City Centre a short drive to the South.

Great location, we could walk to town and back, and of course the pool was a big hit with everyone. The house was a practical size for seven people, and the facilities were appreciated. Thank you

Fantastic place for an Xmas break with family, loved every minute in the sun trap pool and open living spaces. Great base to explore Abel Tasman and visit Nelson. Thanks very much for a great holiday and excellent comms.
