Fully self-contained large studio apartment occupying the ground floor of a luxurious Nelson property.
You'll love the exceptional views over Nelson, the Haven Estuary & beautiful Tasman Bay. Glass framed balcony with large sliders bring these views inside & the modern-minimalist interior provides you with comfortable relaxing, sitting & dining options.
Access via landscaped stairway from the shared parking area above. The studio styled with generous living, dining, kitchen & bed, stunning bathroom & separate study/sleeping area.
Aqua Heights is an ideal couples-retreat with the versatility to host an additional child or adult guest. You'll love waking up in this spectacular location!
Layout
The apartment is essentially a studio with luxurious King bed and Single desk bed in the adjacent study area (this bed is a stowaway bed that transforms from a desk to a single bed).
The bathroom is compact but beautifully presented with full tiling & frameless glass enclosure with quality fittings.
The kitchen offers full oven & stove-top, dishwasher, small-fridge, range-hood & a full range of cooking utensils. A dual washing machine dryer-in-one + drying rack are provided in the kitchen area.
Inclusions
Aqua Heights will be presented with the studio King bed prepared for your stay. If the stowaway bed is required, please request this in advance and bedding will be supplied.
All utilities, linens & towels, use of property amenities including WiFi, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 1 hour will be included in your booking.
Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

All high contact, food preparation and hard wet surfaces are hygienically cleaned and sanitised and our linens are professionally laundered at 80ºC, with bed linens further ironed at 120ºC by one of New Zealand's leading laundry experts, leaving them crisp, clean & superbly comfortable!

Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm or from noon where the option of early check-in has been purchased.

Our stay was absolutely outstanding! The place was presented well , it was clean and tidy and well maintained. The view was amazing ! I would highly recommend aqua heights to anyone wanting to stay in nelson and when we go back, we will definitely be staying here again. I did try use the washing machine to wash the towels but it failed to fluff them back up.. You guys were awesome to deal with ! Will definitely be returning next time.

We had a wonderful time in Nelson and took every opportunity to see what there was on offer – from Farewell Spit to Picton and many places in between. It was always a pleasure to return home to your apartment each day. It was a lovely peaceful space which you have decorated to compliment the stunning view. Lovely and clean and close enough to town to pick up any essentials but far enough away to be very restful. You were great hosts and next time we are visiting Nelson we will most certainly see if you have room for us again.

What an awesome place! We thoroughly enjoyed our one month stay at Aqua Heights! We fell in love with the place and wished we could stay longer. The studio apartment was very well appointed - clean and modern. The view of the harbour and the Tasman Bay is to die for. Nelson is a great town - easy to get around and friendly people. Lots of things to do such as the Abel Tasman Coastal Trail, wine touring in Marlborough and kayaking in the Marlborough Sounds and more. A superb spot that was exactly as described. Friendly, helpful owners, who are backed up by a great team at Holiday Nelson. The WiFi went down, but it was only very brief as Holiday Nelson and the owners sorted it out very quickly following our call to them. We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Nelson. Many thanks for letting us stay in your fabulous apartment. A perfect spot for us. Great Views, Comfortable Spot Fresh modern studio apt, fully equipped and functional. Lovely sunny balcony/patio with great views and sunsets. Starter necessities were thoughtfully provided. Unit wd work best for a couple, though you might manage with a small child or two. Other permanent occupants of the building (one couple) were friendly and helpful.

Hello folks - great place to stay, very comfortable, good location, and of course a fabulous view. A couple of things - I can't remember if the property description said no washing machine - not a major problem but would have been nice to know. And drive on access is very difficult - it takes a few goes to work out best approach and this included a scrape of the paintwork on our car. Kudos to Holiday Nelson for your service (website, reservation process etc).

Following our recent stay please add this review to AUQA HEIGHTS… Our small family of 3 thoroughly enjoyed 4 fabulous nights at Aqua Heights. The apartment is big on luxury with a bonus of the most stunning views and all day sun. We were greeted with a tasty cheese board, including homemade fudge (yum!). The bed was extremely comfortable and the linen super luxurious. So much care and thought has gone into this terrific accommodation. Fabulous hosts greeted us and provided excellent advice on the 'must do's' while in the Nelson region, along with some great shopping tips! One thing is for sure, we’ll definitely be back.

Good morning! I had such a lovely stay at Aqua Heights, thank you for arranging for my early entry into the property. I had a chance to meet the owners while I was there (oven didn’t work so they helped troubleshoot) and they were so nice and generous (had a cheese plate ready for my arrival!). BTW I had the best sleep ever in that bed!

Aqua Heights was incredible. It was more beautiful than the pictures show. The deck was the perfect place to have a glass of wine while the sun set behind the mountains. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was all it could be. Clean, and tidy with a beautiful interior. I highly recommend this unit to anyone thinking of visiting nelson and likes to wake up and go to sleep with some of the best views in the world.

We have just had 5 amazing days at Aqua Heights. The property is in a fantastic location. Even at 7 months pregnant it was still within walking distance to town. The views are sensational and the property was immaculate in its presentation and its cleanliness. It had all of the facilities that you could possibly want in an apartment. Although it is attached to the main house it has been designed in such a way that you feel like you have the place to yourself as it is very private. We will definitely be back and will be recommending it to friends.
