You'll love the all-day sun & sea views from almost every single room. This comfortable, architect-designed home offers quiet living in Nelson's most desirable area - sought after for its easy access to the waterfront, and only 30mins walk to the beach or the city centre.  

The open plan kitchen-dining-living provides a variety of window seats - Perfect for watching the ever-changing sea vistas & waterfront activity below: Ships, yacht races, waka practice, fishing boats & the steady stream of stand-up paddle boarders! And, the outdoor dining & BBQ area is perfect for enjoying Summer sunsets!

This holiday home is ideal for those seeking a special Nelson seaside holiday experience. Well suited to couples, small groups of friends or families with older children.

This 3 bedroom house offers 2 main levels with several short flights of carpeted stairs between.

Bedroom 1 (Master): King Bedroom boasts simply stunning panoramic views looking down onto the yachts, the waterfront harbour area & out to Haulashore Island. 

Bedroom 2:
Queen Bedroom features a skylight looking down over the bay & also a picture window which beautifully frames the lighthouse & water taxi wharf. You won't need to lift your head from your pillow to watch the action from here! 

Bedroom 3:
Double Bedroom looks out over the side deck & across to the scattering of houses built in the valley opposite, then further on to the quayside & the Boulder Bank.

Sea Watch will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay.

All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 3 hours will be included in your booking.

Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

At Holiday Nelson we take a thorough approach toward cleanliness and hygiene practices for your and our families peace of mind. 

All high contact, food preparation and hard wet surfaces are hygienically cleaned and sanitised and our linens are professionally laundered at 80ºC, with bed linens further ironed at 120ºC by one of New Zealand's leading laundry experts, leaving them crisp, clean & superbly comfortable!

This home is multi-level with short flights of stairs between each level.

Please bring your mask - While you are in contact with our staff members when we welcome you or attend a call-out request from you, we will need to ask that you wear a mask. Please ensure that you have one with you.

Check in & Check out

Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm or from noon where the option of early check-in has been purchased.

Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure unless ‘Late check-out’ has been purchased.

  • Fantastic view, wonderfully comfortable property. Very convenient location for enjoying everything Nelson has to offer but we got equal pleasure out of lounging in the window benches and watching the boats come and go in the Nelson Harbor. Plenty of room for two couples. Everything was spotlessly clean and the house was very well outfitted. Would definitely recommend it. If you come on a weekend make sure you check out the Nelson Market on Saturday morning

  • This is a charming cottage-feel home on 3 levels with fantastic views of the harbor. Be aware that the house is situated on a steep hill, and the drive and house are a challenge to navigate. Best for small cars and fit walkers.
