This two-storey masterpiece of Victorian grandeur has been fully renovated to a contemporary standard whilst preserving the elegance of its gorgeous c.1880 features: Spectacular bay windows, striking rosewood staircase, native timbers & expansive rooms with high ceilings.

Watch the big ships cruise & the sailboats race across beautiful Tasman bay, the often snowcapped glory of the Western Ranges & the incredible sunset at the end of another perfect day.

From the top of the Port Hills, walk down to the Waterfront dining & yacht club, or into town to explore cafes, bars, galleries & beautiful parks & gardens.

Minimum stay of 2 nights except for 23 Dec ~ 6 Jan (6 nights) & Easter (3 nights). Shorter stays may be accepted by request.

Inclusions

The property will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay.

All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 4 hours will be included in your booking.

Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

Linens & Towels & Housekeeping

Holiday Nelson uses quality linens & towels. These are 90º washed to ensure sanitation & all non-fitted sheets are pressed for your comfort. 

At the end of your stay, a standard house-keep is included - allowing you to finish your stay with that relaxing holiday-feel intact.  

Booking Conditions & Notes

No parties, no venue use, no smoking inside, no pets, no guests that do not form part of the booking. A refundable bond is required. Please view our Terms & Conditions.

Please note that this home is a personal holiday home. The home is extremely well equipped & presented as photographed, however, some of the owner's personal belongings will remain at the home in wardrobes, pantries etc.

The swimming pool is available during summer December through February (depending on weather condition)
