Penthouse 39 will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay.

All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 3 hours. Secure parking is provided for 2 vehicles. 

Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

Linens & Towels & Housekeeping

Holiday Nelson uses quality linens & towels. These are 90º washed to ensure sanitation & all non-fitted sheets are pressed for your comfort.

At the end of your stay a standard house-keep is included - allowing you to finish your stay with that relaxing holiday feel intact.

No party or venue use. No smoking inside or on balconies. No laundry on balconies. No pets. General Terms & Conditions & the Building's body corporate rules apply.
