This airy, light-filled home offers wonderful presentation, quality furnishings & superb comfort with an open plan kitchen/dining/living area that flows onto a large entertaining deck, and an independent studio.

Inclusions

Black House & Studio Mapua will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay.

All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 4.5 hours will be included in your booking.

Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.?

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm or from noon where the option of early check-in has been purchased.

Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure unless ‘Late check-out’ has been purchased.
