All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 3 hours.

Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

Linens & Towels & Housekeeping

Holiday Nelson uses quality linens & towels. These are 90º washed to ensure sanitation & all non-fitted sheets are pressed for your comfort.

At the end of your stay a standard house-keep is included - allowing you to finish your stay with that relaxing holiday feel intact. Provided the home is left tidy, with dishes done & away, beds unmade our housekeepers will be able to complete servicing within the standard time-frame.

This is a personal home made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.
