Inclusions

The property will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay.

All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 1.75 hours.

Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

Linens & Towels & Housekeeping

Holiday Nelson uses quality linens & towels. These are 90º washed to ensure sanitation & all non-fitted sheets are pressed for your comfort. 

At the end of your stay a standard house-keep is included - allowing you to finish your stay with that relaxing holiday feel intact.  

Booking Conditions

No party or venue use. No Smoking. No pets. General Terms & Conditions apply.

This is a personal home made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.

Note: that the upper apartment may be separately let during your stay. Please be mindful of the other guest's privacy & quiet enjoyment of their time at this property.

Note: Off-street parking is not available for the lower apartment & guests will need to park on the street immediately below. The lower apartment does not have a television, but WiFi can be used for streaming video to personal devices.
