Riversong is a beautiful sunny 100-year old character home beside Nelson's Maitai River. It is an easy walk to town, the market or the marina & next to the Maitai Wilderness area with extensive walking & cycling trails. 

All bedrooms have a view of the river. The house is set in beautiful park-like grounds with a lovely outdoor garden area.

Riversong is an ideal central city base for families or friends alike. We look forward to welcoming you to this wonderful home!

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Bedrooms: 1 (Master): Queen, 2) Double, 3) Single + Spare Mattress by request, 4 Fold-out double couch bed in the Piano Room. 

Bathrooms: 1 (Master): Shower over bath, Toilet & Hand-basin
2 (Main bathroom): Shower over  shub bath, Toilet & Hand-basin

Availability & Rates

Enter your dates to view availability, rates & booking total for your selected period & number of guests. 

Minimum stay of 2 nights except 23 Dec ~ 10 Jan (7 nights) & Easter (3 nights). Shorter stays may be accepted by request.

Inclusions

Riversong will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay.

All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 3 hours are included.

Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

Booking Conditions

No party, No venue use, No smoking inside, Pets are permitted outside by request - please contact us with information about your pet, before placing your booking. General Terms & Conditions apply. 

This is a personal home made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.
