Built in 1875 for a teacher of Nelson College, Ngatiawa Street Villa is an elegant character home located in a very convenient central residential area. The villa offers a spacious 3 bedroom, large modern kitchen, diner, living room and sunroom where you can read, relax and play.

Enjoy the morning sun on the back deck, evening sun on the front deck with lots of areas to relax in. Fruit trees - grapefruit & lemon. Lovely gardens with roses, jasmine, lavender & native Wisteria & Kowhai trees.

Holiday Nelson uses quality linens & towels. These are 90º washed to ensure hygiene & all non-fitted sheets are pressed for your comfort. 

At the end of your stay, a standard house-keep is included - allowing you to finish your stay with that relaxing holiday-feel intact.
