This charming fully restored 19th-Century heritage cottage has been tastefully presented to provide a comfortable, easy-care accommodation that you will love!
Manuka Cottage is ideal for 2 ~ 5 guests. Adults & children are welcome. The cottage comes equipped with WiFi, garden & balcony areas as well as offstreet parking (1 vehicle) & on-street parking.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Bedrooms: 1) Super King, 2) Queen + Single.
Bathroom: Shower over Bath, Vanity & Toilet.

All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 2.5 hours.
Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

Great spot. Clean and about 4-5 mins from centre, but on a quiet street so no noise. Garden is nice and has BBQ. The upstairs room has two really comfy beds and though it's a loft room, because it has large windows it feels spacious, though probably a struggle if you're over 6ft. The kitchen has everything you need. I'd say it's on the high side of what you'd pay for a two bedroom but you know that before you sign up! I'd stay here again.

The location is perfect, close to the Cathedral, the town, and the river. It was so quiet, restful and peaceful – and with the beautiful furnishings and Christmas decorations, it felt like a home away from home.

Great location and very comfortable. Cute old Nelson cottage well adapted for accommodation of travellers. No lemon squeezer when we were there despite prolific lemon tree but owner responded well to feedback when it was pointed out.
