A beautiful, character & timber rich fully renovated 1920's bungalow in a prime central city location! City Villa is located in a quiet leafy street just a stones throw from the CBD with restaurants, bars, shops & entertainment all within a 5 minute walk!
Set across a single level, this home offers 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms with superb indoor-outdoor flow from the sunny kitchen & dining area to the North facing private deck with outdoor dining & BBQ area.
This home is ideal for family groups (with children over 10yrs of age) or couples that will enjoy a little extra space. City Villa is perfect for 6 guests with capacity for up to 8 guests.

Bedrooms: 1) King, 2) Queen, 3) Double, 4 (by request; typically set up as the second living): Double Futon Sofa bed.

This is a personal home made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.

Lovely Weber BBQ, huge space for a big family with the most comfortable beds and lovely linen! Meant for a very relaxing stay, so close to town we walked everywhere. Loved our stay here, we would 100% recommend staying here next time you are in Nelson. Thank you for a wonderful stay
