Brookby is handy to the Queens Gardens, Centre of NZ & for walkers & riders, the Maitai River walkway & Sharlands & Codgers mountain-biking areas! 

Brookby Villa is ideal for family & friends alike with a comfortable capacity for up to 8 guests.

Inclusions

The property will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay.

All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 3.5 hours will be included in your booking.

Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

At Holiday Nelson we take a thorough, robust and uncompromised approach toward cleanliness and hygiene practices for your and our families peace of mind... because nothing less will do. 

All high contact, food preparation and hard wet surfaces are hygienically cleaned and sanitised and our linens are professionally laundered at 80ºC, with bed linens further ironed at 120ºC by one of New Zealand's leading laundry experts, leaving them crisp, clean & superbly comfortable! 

Booking Conditions

No party or venue use. No Smoking. Pets may be permitted by request with limited indoor access - please contact us with details about your pet. General Terms & Conditions apply.

This is a personal home, made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings. 

Children must be supervised around the pool at all times.

Brookby is home to a couple of pets - Cosmo the cat (lives mostly inside) & Golly the Goldfish (lives outside). Guests are asked to feed these pets - food will be left along with instructions :-)

Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm or from noon where the option of early check-in has been purchased. 

Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure unless ‘Late check-out’ has been purchased.
