Inclusions
The property will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay.
All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 3 hours.
Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.
Linens & Towels & Housekeeping
Holiday Nelson uses quality linens & towels. These are 90º washed to ensure sanitation & all non-fitted sheets are pressed for your comfort.
At the end of your stay a standard house-keep is included - allowing you to finish your stay with that relaxing holiday feel intact. Provided the home is left tidy, with dishes done & away, beds unmade our housekeepers will be able to complete servicing within the standard time-frame.

Central Nelson location; an easy stroll to the city centre, great restaurants, shopping & markets! Close to the Maitai River & walkway, Centre of New Zealand walk, Grampians Walks, Melrose House Cafe, Queens Gardens & Fairfield Park.
This is a great location for cyclists, particularly mountain-bikers. The home is just 10min ride to the trailheads of Codgers & Sharlands MTB parks. For walkers, in addition to the river walks there are the Grampians nature trails.
The area is known locally as the Dress Circle. Characterised by stately & beautiful heritage homes, established gardens, heritage trees & all day sun - this is the most sought after residential area in central Nelson!

We had a fabulous stay at Bronte Villa thanks. It’s a beautiful house with everything you need and so central to restaurants. It was our first stay as a family in Nelson and we thoroughly enjoyed all the beaches and beautiful walks. We will look you up again when we next return!
