Waikawa Views is located where the Waikawa Valley meets the head of Waikawa Bay. The property is elevated, maximising its excellent views across the entire Valley, Waikawa Marina and the head of Waikawa Bay. The site is superbly sheltered from increment weather, enjoys excellent sun and is only a short walk to the sea, Waikawa Foreshore, local restuarants and cafes. Waikawa Views is situated amongst superior residential properties and life-style blocks. Access is via a shared private drive which takes you several hundred metres from Waikawa Road near where the road meets the sea. The property is elevated, affording excellent views across the waters surrounding the Waikawa Bay Marina and along the valley and hills through towards Picton. Also being home to laying hens, ducks, geese, a goat, neighbouring sheep and native tui and bell-bird, this private setting can best be described as life-style block meets urban luxury. This is a very special place to stay.
