We can property manage & market your property on a basis that suits you – depending on your needs and the property’s attributes this could be all year round, on a seasonal or on just an occasional basis. - We advertise your property on Nelson Holiday Homes & Apartments at no cost and on a selection of the best local, New Zealand and International tourism and accommodation websites at cost effective rates to maximize interest, enquiry and bookings for your property.
- We arrange great professional photography at excellent rates to maximize the appeal of your home.
- We use a state of the art property management system integrated with the Xero accounting system to provide real-time book-ability for guests and to provide you with detailed and accurate reporting and full transparency of all commissions, costs and payments.
- We provide a full housekeeping service and cost effective linen rental service with two levels of linen.
Our aim is to provide a turn-key solution for the management of your property.
