Well equipped and tastefully furnished home with the warmth of beautiful native NZ timbers throughout and a sense of space that can only be given by high-stud ceilings. Quality linen and towels are provided as is cleaning upon departure. Franklyn House consists of 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 2 living areas, large laundry, separate bathroom and toilet. An automated smart vent system ensures the house is warm and snug. Electric heating is also provided. Lots of off-street parking (bring the boat!), easy access to town, beach, airport, bus-routes, shops, restaurants and attractions. Many parks, playing fields and free-to-use tennis courts nearby. With a large lawn and excellent deck space, Franklyn House is an excellent choice for families with children. This is a great property to call home while enjoying your Nelson vacation.
