‘The Waterfront Apartment’ is carpeted throughout with tiled bathrooms and kitchen. The open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area is spacious and opens onto an expansive and sunny balcony. For coffee lovers there is a professional grade coffee machine and grinder, there is free broadband wireless internet, Freeview satellite television, DVD player and more.
The main bedroom is large with excellent water views, king size bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is also a king with immediate access to the second bathroom with bath. Please note a third bedroom (single) is available by request. Portacot, highchair and toys are available by request.
Access to the apartment is via the internal garage area where there are two secure designated car parks. This is a first floor apartment (second floor for those of you from the Northern Hemisphere) and reached by elevator or stairs.

All rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars. 1~2 night booking enquiries are welcome, however a short-stay servicing surcharge may apply. Tariffs include all services including local phone and broadband internet, full linen and housekeeping upon departure. Your credit card details will be required as a bond. Bookings can be secured with a 10% deposit. Remaining rental will be required at least 15 days prior to commencement of your stay.
