Seaside Luxury is less than 10 minutes from the Airport and only 3 minutes drive to the City Centre or beautiful Tahunanui Beach. This apartment offers 2 secure off-street car parks with lift access and is within easy walking distance of cafes, restaurants, the city or the beach. It also offers fantastic access to all of Nelson’s most popular attractions.

All rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars. Base rates are for 1~2 guests. Extra adults are $50/night, children (under 16) are $25/night. Tariffs include all services including local phone and broadband internet, full linen and standard cleaning upon departure. A $500.00 fully refundable bond will be required. A minimum 10% deposit is required to secure your booking with the remainder required at least 15 days before commencement of your stay. Credit card details are required as a bond. Payments can be accepted by bank transfer or credit card. Seaside Luxury is ideal for up to 6 adults and 2 infants, but has a sleeping capacity of up to 8 adult guests. Portacot(s), highchair(s), toys, extra beds etc provided by request. Please note that a minimum 6 night stay applies to stays that cross the period Dec 23 to Jan 4 and a minimum 2 night stay applies at all other times. One night enquiries are welcome, but these may be subject to a surcharge.
