The Monaco Cottage Apartment is a well-appointed 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage-type apartment located within the Monaco Grand Mercure Resort & Village complex, on the beautiful Monaco peninsula of Stoke, Nelson.

You’ll love the welcoming feel of the apartment, its comfortable living areas, bedrooms and its gorgeous tiled bathroom. This apartment is situated for convenience. The Nelson-Richmond cycle-way, a number of beaches, some of the regions best eateries, health and beauty stores are all at your doorstep. Downtown Nelson or Richmond are less than 10 minutes drive, Stoke shopping village is 3 minutes drive, and Tahunanui shopping village and beach are just 5 minutes away.

All rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars. Base rates are for 1~2 guests. Extra adults are $30/night, children (under 16) are $15/night. Tariffs include all services including local phone and broadband internet, full linen and standard cleaning upon departure. A minimum 10% deposit is required to secure your booking with the remainder and bond required at least 15 days prior to commencement of the stay. Credit card details are required as a bond. Payments can be accepted by bank transfer or credit card at a 4% surcharge. Monaco Apartment is ideal for up to 6 adult guests and 2 infants. Portacot(s), highchair(s), toys, extra beds etc can be provided by request. Please note that minimum stays apply to peak dates. One night bookings are welcomed, but may be subject to a surcharge.
