The apartment is situated on the third level of the Latitude 41 building with 2 northwest aspect balconies looking out onto stunning views of the sea and the mountains, while the waters edge beckons from just across the road.
Maiolica is the progeny of Nelson artists and creative entrepreneurs, Brook Weatherwell and Joseph Blessing. This international couple have combined artistic flair with attention to quality, style and functionality to successfully create a home that is luxurious, nurturing and inspiring.The perfect environment in which to feel pampered and invigorated.

All rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars. Base rates are for 1~2 guests. Additional guests are welcome at an additional rate of $35.00 per night per person (please note that due to the high level of furnishing and the valuable artwork at the apartment we are not able to accept bookings for children between the age of 1 and 10). One night bookings are welcomed, however a $85.00 short-stay servicing surcharge will apply. Tariffs include all services including local phone and broadband internet, full linen As bond your credit card details will be required. A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking with the remaining rental required at least 15 days prior to commencement of your stay. Payments can be accepted by bank transfer or by credit card at a 4% surcharge. Maiolica Apartment is ideal for 4 adults (see note above), but has a sleeping capacity of up to 6 adult guests (2nd sitting room turning into 3rd bedroom)
