This much loved 3 storied family home enjoys all day sun and unobstructed views of the harbour.
First floor has views out to the garden, with 2 bedrooms and lounge, bathroom and laundry with a king size bed and single in one room and king single in the other.
Second floor has kitchen, dining and lounge opening on to the deck and a stunning view of whatever is happening in the harbour that day – up close! The second floor also has one bedroom with queen size bed and a restful view of the beautiful garden. There is also a small bathroom with shower.
The third story is part office and contains a day bed with pull out bed (making two singles) and here you can wake up to a jaw dropping view in the mornings.
Well located for walks over the hills or along the waterfront to Tahunanui beach and to the cafe/restaurants just down the road. Fishing for snapper off Connolly quay, along the waterfront while the family are enjoying the sunset from the deck.
This family home will enjoy tenants who are happy to say ‘hi’ to and feed our cat Cleo and who are happy to water the veges and the pots on the deck.
