This home is modern and spatious – offering 4 double bedrooms, 3 well appointed bathrooms, a large designer kitchen, office area, library, TV room, split-level lounge and dining opening via bifolds onto an impressive deck space set with outdoor furniture and barbeque. You’ll feel more than at home here.
Sparkling sheltered waters set against a tapestry of forested hillsides and islands is what characterises this beautiful part of New Zealand. Elevated rural-residential location: While not a rural area per-se, there are some pockets of paddocks from the old homesteads that once dominated the Waikawa-Picton isthmus. Waikawa Views enjoys a special location amongst bush, gardens, farm paddocks and superior residential homes. Enjoy the company of sheep, geese, goats and the daily produce of our free-range organic egg-laying chickens!

Situated just 300m and overlooking the water, the property is situated such that it has maximum vantage while maintaining excellent privacy, sun and openness.
