Grampian Views is located in a leafy central Nelson suburb overlooking the beautiful Grampians Reserve - a favourite walking area with the locals!
This home has been lovingly restored & beautifully presented throughout. It's a lovely Summer home. Ideal for traveling couples or small families!

Minimum stay of 2 nights except 23 Dec ~ 10 Jan (7 nights) & Easter (3 nights). Shorter stays may be accepted by request.
Grampian Views will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay. All utilities, linens & towels, use of property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 2.5 hours.
Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.
No parties, no venue use, no pets, no smoking, no guests that do not form part of the booking. General Terms & Conditions apply.
This is a personal home made available for short stays through the Summer period. This makes for a superbly equipped home, but some storage areas may be shared & some personal items may remain at the property.
Parking is on-street on a quiet street with walk up to house access. For elderly guests, assistance can be provided with bags. A television is not provided at this property, but WiFi data allowance is sufficient for on-demand TV on portable devices.

The property is close to Nelson's best schools, playing fields & the city centre with excellent dining, shopping & entertainment. The hillside of the beautiful Grampians Reserve & leafy central Nelson provide a sensational outlook of green against (usually) blue sky.
The Grampians provides a network of walking & riding trails & the Railway Reserve to the West provides access to the city's cycleways & the Great Taste Trail.

The house was an absolute perfect fit for us, both in the quality of it and also the location. It worked very well for our family group and has many features that made our stay exceptional.
