Fantastic stay - a great place and great location. Thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere central and interesting. Awesome value!
Cliff Shaw - Sep, 2017
The Pilot House is top quality accommodation with a stunning view. In a cold Winter, it was nice and warm. It is actually very central and easy to get to various activities as well as Nelson centre. Dealing with Nelson Holiday was awesome as they are professional and on to it. Yes the front bedroom can be a little noisy as it is on a busy road but the view makes up for it and it didn't affect our sleep. Lovely restaurants nearby and the walk along the promenade is wonderful. Definitely recommend.

We had a great stay and we found the location perfect for what we were looking for. The restaurant next door was amazing… It will be good when the house gets its central heating sorted. One heat pump for the whole house in the middle of winter, meant that it needed to stay on at a high temp to keep the house warm. Many thanks for the clear directions and service
Cherie Buchanan - Jun, 2017Hi Cherie, Thanks for your feedback. Usually the heat pump is enough to heat this tiny house. But the nights have been pretty cold last week :-) Sara - Holiday NelsonHoliday Nelson
Hi The location of the Pilot house was great. The house was well resourced. Would happily recommend to others. The restaurant next door was divine. Regards

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay thank you. Perfect location – only down side a bit of road noise but that can’t be helped. Very clean and comfortable and will definitely stay again for longer time next time. Thank you.
J Hibbert - Mar, 2017
Great location close to restaurants and shops, very tastefully decorated.

it was a gorgeous place, well set up and really comfortable. much nicer than a hotel! i often come to nelson for work and will definitely keep this in mind. cheers
S Wheeler - Feb, 2017
Lovely place to stay, enjoyed the ever changing view of vessels ranging through flotillas of preteens in hobby cats, luxury yachts and ocean going boats to enormous container ships with tug escorts. Well set up for 1 or 2 couples with good food in easy reach. Decor very much in keeping with location. Downside? Very noisy and busy road out front. But the view!!!
Holly and Theo McCausland - Feb, 2017
Thanks We loved our stay at the Pilot House. It's a beautiful place, well appointed and has an amazing outlook. The only downside is that it is on a busy road which can be noisy from the front bedroom, with trucks passing by through the night. Thanks
S Renkema - Jan, 2017Once again, thank you for staying. Very glad you enjoyed your time at the Pilot House. It is a shame that trucks are allowed on our beautiful waterfront road! There is some hope that a new road will be built on the other-side of the hill and that this will remove some of the busyness and all of the trucks, allowing the waterfront to be redeveloped into the fantastic recreational asset that it should be. Fingers crossed it happens sooner rather than later :-)Holiday Nelson
It was great thanks. I think it is the nicest of yours that I have stayed in!

Dear Jarrod and Peta-Jane, Our stay was lovely. Really only used the house to relax at night. Everything was covered. Thank you.
D Morrison - Nov, 2016
Hi Jarrod, We had a lovely stay. It was fantastic to stay in such a new property but we did come across a few things that could improve the house. Some small bedside tables with lamps would be handy and as it was a wet weekend a coat hook/hooks in the laundry to hang coats would have been useful. Also we did find the bin situation confusing so thank you for sorting that out for us! Thanks for accommodating us and I hope you find those few suggestions useful. Holiday Nelson Response: Thank you for this great feedback &
