'Seaside Manor' offers an incredible position in the perfect location close to Waterfront Restaurants & the City Centre.
Sensational views sweep across all the landmarks of Nelson's waterfront - the island, the harbour entrance, the boulder bank & Fifeshire Rock. In the distance is the coastline of the Abel Tasman & the mountains of Kahurangi National Park tower above.
Seaside Manor is an ideal holiday home for 1 to 3 couples or a family. Small, well-behaved pets are welcome with limited interior access allowed.

All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 4.5 hours will be included in your booking.
Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

All high contact, food preparation and hard wet surfaces are hygienically cleaned and sanitised and our linens are professionally laundered at 80ºC, with bed linens further ironed at 120ºC by one of New Zealand's leading laundry experts, leaving them crisp, clean & superbly comfortable!

Check-in is possible anytime after 3pm or from 1pm where the option of early check-in has been purchased.
Early check-in (1pm and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

This home had everything we could ask for. Great location, great views and very comfortable. Beds were super comfy and the house was lovely and quiet. A well equiped kitchen and comfy lounge. Clean and tidy. Plenty of parking for cars if you have more than one.

The view. Oh my goodness, the ocean view from the upstairs areas is magnificent. This was such a lovely place to stay. Plenty of room for a large group. The beds were fabulously comfortable. There are lots of great restaurants nearby. The driveway is a little tricky to back out of, but it’s so worth it. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much! We had a great time!

Hello! We enjoyed our stay with you in Nelson. The home was perfect for our needs. Thank you again! We had a lovely time. We hope to return again some day. The views are breathtaking. One evening we had such a spectacular sunset! It was the perfect location for our travels to Marlborough and Abel Tasman. We enjoyed the home so much we decided to stay in to cook dinner both nights. The cappuccino machine was a plus! We had more than enough space for the 3 of us to spread out but there was easily room for at least 3 more family members. The outdoor patio is a special spot to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of your day. Would definitely come back! Thank you being such a great host! This lovely well loved home is perfectly situated for those who want easy access to all the delicious restauants in town as well as the beach. The outdoor covered porch/veranda is a magical space, and views abound from almost every room. There are really only three real bedrooms. The fourth bedroom is a pull out couch in a large daylight basement that works well for older kids and teens. Thank you for sharing your home. The outdoor porch/deck is magical!

Beautiful place with amazing views. The house has everything that you need. Spacious environment with a great living room/outdoor area. Always quick with responding and happy to assist with any questions asked. Highly recommended.Thank you for the stay the house was amazing and had amazing views. Thanks a lot for the early check in which came in handy. A great space for a large group of people which everyone enjoyed a lot. Kitchen and pantry area was great was we did a lot of cooking at the house. Leaving items in the pantry is a great idea as it meant we didn't need to buy some things like herbs and spices but also meant we were able to leave food and not have to throw it out. We can't really complain as the weather we had was perfect which made for an amazing time in Nelson. I'm also not sure as to how often you get the weather we had however it did get a little stuffy upstairs. Not sure if a fan in the living area is an option. Other than that a perfect stay. Thanks again.

Hi Jarrod, We have just returned to the cold UK and now catching up with emails. Chris said you had asked for feedback on our holiday home. I'm sorry he has been too busy to reply, so I thought I would respond. We loved everything about Seaside Manor and it was great meeting you and having you so close by to sort out the minor problems that we did have. The only negative comments were the beds- Chris who complained that their bed was very uncomfortable and he didn't get much sleep. In fact he still suffered back ache for some time after we got back to Christchurch! And Ruth our daughter who had the sofa bed thought it was uncomfortable/too soft and felt it certainly wouldn't be good enough for a couple (if continuing to advertise the property as suitable for 9). Hopefully that is constructive criticism! We can reiterate what we said at the time about the views being stunning, the position perfect, and the accommodation overall very good. We also enjoyed the little hideaway ! It was great to have the lovely decking area with the BBQ too. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Hi there What a beautiful, picturesque spot. We had family from Ireland with us and this home was perfect. There were varied spaces, comfy beds and plenty of seating/grouping options. The house is well set up for family groups and is very handy to shops and activities. The house was quite chilly however and the 19 degree setting in winter might be better at 20-22. We had plenty of fan heaters and 2 heat pumps thank you. The central heating would’ve taken the overall chill off the house. We would highly recommend this property to others.
